CFD Engineer Intern at SOCOTEC Global

Job Description

• Assist in developing technical solutions related to fire, smoke, and heat in buildings and infrastructure.
• Participate in multi-physics simulations for fire safety engineering (including thermal, fluid, and

mechanical aspects) under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Support thermo-aeraulic and thermomechanical analysis of building structures.
• Contribute to structural and material plasticity analysis under heat exposure.
• Assist in developing work procedures and coordinating with international clients.
• Support the preparation of technical reports and simulation studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Recent graduate or candidate with initial exposure to CFD-related coursework or projects.
• Good proficiency in French. Basic knowledge of thermal and structural mechanics, as well as fluid

mechanics, with a foundation in finite element modeling.

• Strong physical intuition; familiarity with ANSYS and FDS (Fire Dynamics Simulator) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn, and able to work both independently and under guidance.
• Curious, motivated, and eager to develop technical skills.
• Proactive with good communication skills..

Additional Information

• Salary allowance upto 5 mil/month
• 42 hours per week (30 minutes early finish every Friday), flexible working hours options
