Terms of Service

1. What this is.
SWE Job Lists ("the Service") collects publicly posted software engineering internship and new-grad job listings from public sources and links to the original postings. We are not the employer, recruiter, or author of any listing.
2. Accounts.
Signing in with Google creates an account. You are responsible for activity under it. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page; see the Privacy Policy for what is retained and for how long.
3. Acceptable use.
Do not scrape, bulk-download, or overload the Service, circumvent rate limits or daily limits, upload content you do not have the right to share, or use the Service to harass or spam. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.
4. Automated estimates.
Match scores and H-1B sponsorship labels are produced automatically by a decision model from the posting text and, for match scores, your resume. They are estimates, can be wrong, and are not career, immigration, or legal advice. Always check the original posting and the employer.
5. Third-party content.
Listings, company names, and descriptions belong to their respective owners and sources. Links lead to third-party sites we do not control.
Company names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are shown only to identify the employer of a listing. Their use does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by SWE Job Lists. Owners can request removal or correction at people@swejoblists.com.
6. Availability and changes.
The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and may change or stop at any time. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, current, or complete.
7. Limitation of liability.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on a listing or estimate.
8. Paid plans.
The Service is free to use. When a paid plan ("Pro") is offered, its price and what it includes are shown on the pricing page before you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe; prices are in US dollars and may include sales tax where it applies.
Billing cycle. Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We will tell you before a price change takes effect; it applies from your next period.
Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from the Account page (Plan & billing, Manage billing). You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again. Deleting your account cancels the plan immediately.
Refunds. Payments are not refunded, and partial periods are not pro-rated, except where the law requires it. If a charge looks wrong, contact us and we will look into it.
Fair use. Pro's "unlimited" scoring has a high daily ceiling shown on the pricing page, to stop automated abuse. Normal use does not reach it.

10. Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
