Builds the Entra Admin Center, the primary platform for identity and access administration. Creates secure, intuitive, and AI-powered admin experiences for enterprise customers. Leads frontend engineering standards and shared UX libraries across Entra. Builds and operates scalable, secure, and accessible cloud services and user experiences. Partners with engineers, architects, designers, and product managers to deliver customer value. Develops reusable components and AI-first capabilities to improve quality and speed. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Rust, or Python Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical field AND 1+ year(s) technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Rust, or Python. OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Rust, or Python. OR equivalent experience. Experience designing, coding, and troubleshooting cloud-based software. Skilled in analyzing and solving problems using query languages and tools such as Kusto. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across disciplines, levels, and product teams. Willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly. Self-starting attitude, excited to make things happen in new and ambiguous situations. Proficient in backend technologies and cloud-based architectures to build large-scale distributed systems and AI/ML experience.
